Shipping policy

Thank you for being a part of the VESL journey. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we get our products to you.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

We are currently in our pre-order phase!

• Founders Pre-Orders: Orders placed in February and March are scheduled to begin shipping in Late April through May.

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

• Subscription Billing: For subscription pre-orders, your initial payment secures your spot. Subsequent recurring charges will be held until May to ensure you aren't billed again until your first shipment is underway.

Shipping Rates

We believe in keeping things simple and rewarding our community:

• Subscriptions: All subscription orders qualify for Free Shipping, regardless of the order value.

• Standard Orders: Enjoy Free Shipping on all one-time purchases over $49.

• Flat Rate: For one-time orders under $49, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, VESL ships only to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to the following locations:

• States & Territories: American Samoa, California, Colorado, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Military Addresses: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Asia Pacific.

We are working hard to expand our reach and hope to service these areas in the near future.

Order Processing

Once our standard shipping resumes in May, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier volumes.
